How do I return an item?
Warranty Claim Procedure
While our defective rate is very low, we realize that defects can occur. If you have experienced a manufacturers defect with your Style Eyes, please follow the instructions below:
Items purchased from one of Style Eyes authorized retailers are to be returned to the place of purchase.
If return to place of purchase is not possible, then use the following warranty claim procedure.
If you purchased from our website use the following warranty claim procedure.
Please email email@example.com with the following:
1. Your name, return address, email address and telephone number.
2. A brief description of the defect. Product that has broken due to misuse or abuse will not be honored under our defective warranty replacement.
3. A copy of the original sales receipt (proof of purchase).
4. If you have can send a digital photo of the product, this will be extremely helpful in speeding up the review process.
Once your email is received by our customer service department, you will receive a confirmation email. After the initial review process, Style Eyes will approve or deny the claim according to the guidelines above. This process could take up to 5-10 business days.
Please note there is a $10 shipping and handling fee for replacement items. In the event the style or color you want replaced are no longer available, we reserve the right to replace the style with a like-in-kind style.
