If you have experienced a manufacturers defect with your Style Eyes, please follow the instructions below: Please email csr@styleeyes.comwith the following: 1. Your name, return address, email address and telephone number 2. A brief description of the defect. Product that has broken due to misuse or abuse will not be honored under our defective warranty replacement 3. A copy of the original sales receipt for the sunglasses. 4. If you have the capability of sending a digital photo of the sunglass, this is extremely helpful in speeding up the review process. Once your email is received by our customer service department, you will receive a confirmation email stating your claim has begun the review process. After the initial review process, Style Eyes will approve or deny the claim according to the guidelines above. This process could take up to 5-10 business days. Please note that the minimum limited lifetime warranty shipping and handling fee is $10.00 per sunglass. Your actual shipping and handling charge may be higher based on the retail price of the exact style you purchased. If in the event your style and color are no longer available, we reserve the right to replace the defective style with a like-in-kind style.
